Lytham-based solicitors Gadsden Coupe are offering support to former Coupe Bradbury clients following the closure of the practice in August 2026.
Gadsden Coupe has acquired the Coupe Bradbury Will bank and has written to clients whose Wills were stored by the practice to advise them that their documents are now held by Gadsden Coupe.
Those clients are being offered a review of their existing Will at no charge. Where a client decides that changes are required, any fees will be explained and agreed in advance before work begins.
Emma Gadsden, Director at Gadsden Coupe, said: “We appreciate that some people will have questions about where their Will is now held and whether they need to do anything. We want to make the process as straightforward as possible and give people the opportunity to check that their Will still reflects their wishes.”
Gadsden Coupe is a separately owned and managed law firm which has traded independently since October 2020. The acquisition of the Will bank does not constitute an acquisition of Coupe Bradbury or its wider business.
Clients who are unsure whether Gadsden Coupe holds their Will or other documents can contact the firm to check. Where documents are not held by Gadsden Coupe, former Coupe Bradbury clients will need to contact the intervention agents responsible for the relevant files.
